Memorial Day 2026 Information from Dave Dinger, Adjutant:
The Harold A. Furlong American Legion Post #341 was again, honored to be invited to lead the Sylvan Lake Memorial Day Parade and to be honored guests at the Veterans Recognition Program which follows. Memorial Day, Monday May 25. The O. C. B. C. hosts a breakfast from 9:00 to 11:00AM. Post #341 members who participate in the Parade will had their breakfast tab paid by the Post.
Post #341’s Ceremonial Flags, carried by two teenagers, led our contingent of walkers and followed by and three cars. The Parade steps off promptly at 11:30AM and terminated at Veteran’s Park where the Recognition Ceremony was held following conclusion of the Parade. Thank you for your participation.
